Only what you type into the “Request a Quote” form: your name, organization, email, phone number, the services you are interested in, your event date and expected attendance, and your message.

Like any website, the host briefly sees your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. Its fonts and videos are served from this site.

To reply to your request, put together a proposal for your event, and, if you book, run the event with you. Your information is never sold or shared for advertising, and you are not added to a mailing list.

• Formspree receives the form and delivers it to Austin by email.
• Railway hosts the website.

They handle it only to provide those services.

As long as we are planning or running your event, and as long as needed for our records after that. Ask and we will delete it.

To see, correct or delete the information you sent, reply to any email from Austin, or send a note through the request form on the homepage saying what you would like. California residents have these rights under the CCPA.

Because this site does not track you, browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals change nothing here: there is nothing to switch off.

This site is for event organizers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
